Our Returns Policy Made Simple

Here’s what you need to know about returning items:

1. Timeframe: You have 30 days from when you got your item to ask for a return.

2. Condition: Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you got it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt handy too.

3. How to Return: Use our Contact Form to start the return process. We’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without asking won’t be accepted.

4. Questions? Just head to our Contact page if you need help with your return.

5. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away. We’ll sort it out for you.

6. Sale Items: Sorry, but we can’t take returns on sale items.

7. Exchanges: Want something different? Send back the item you have, then buy the new one separately.

8. EU Cooling Off Period: If you’re in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel your order for any reason. Same conditions apply as regular returns.

9. Refunds: Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, you’ll get your money back in about 10 business days. Sometimes it takes a bit longer for your bank to process it, so hang tight. If it's been more than 15 days since we approved your return, reach out to us through our Contact page.
