Our Story

Live Bold, Dress Bolder

At Good Vibes Good Trouble, we don't just talk bold—we embody it. Literally. Created by a Black woman activist and apparel enthusiast, our brand is a living testament to the conviction that bold statements transcend mere words; they're a way of life. Through fashion, we actively showcase our commitment to justice for all.

Embracing the Spectrum

Our message is simple yet powerful: activists, as human beings, are entitled to the full spectrum of emotions. Injustice rightfully sparks righteous indignation, but we must also allow ourselves to embrace boundless joy in response to love, beauty, and wonder. Good Vibes Good Trouble dismantles the stereotypes of activism in recognition that joy is not just a companion but a vital element sustaining our advocacy.

Joyful Symbolism

Yellow radiates sunshine and joy, while green embodies the spirit of fighting for what's right. 'Good' playfully shapes into an ice cream, a symbol of joy (two scoops' worth), and the fusion of 'V' and 'T' forms a quirky ice cream cone. It's more than a logo; it's a symbol of our commitment to joy and justice.

Wearable Revolution

In the spirit of Rebecca Solnit's sustaining joy and John Lewis' call for necessary trouble, Good Vibes Good Trouble isn't just about wearing fashion; it's about wearing a revolution. We fuse a love of streetwear with the relentless pursuit of justice, creating a movement that transcends mere apparel. Welcome to a brand where every piece speaks volumes, and fashion becomes a powerful tool for change.
